RedScissors.ai (“RedScissors”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI-assisted software development platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account.

Alpha product

RedScissors is currently in alpha. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice. We do not guarantee uptime, data retention, or fitness for a particular purpose during this period.

Your content

You retain ownership of prompts, project descriptions, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use RedScissors to violate law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer our systems.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedScissors is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
